Design
DCR will discuss our design fees and you will determine a budget for the property once we have had a consultation with you at your property. Once there is a feeling of comfort and ease, you may elect DCR to begin the process of designing your exterior to become your own customized haven. We will revisit the property and request a copy of your survey. DCR will then explain what we have envisioned for your property. We will walk the property and give you choices on different layouts that may be suitable for the environment.
The design is presented in color with a detailed list of plants that are labeled on the plan. All brickwork, bluestone, drainage, lighting, etc, is listed separately on a detailed form for review. Each client is urged to visit our showroom to discuss any changes that need to take place.
