We begin the process of installing a walkway, driveway or patio by visiting with the client at their earliest convenience. We walk the property together and measure all areas that are being considered for the project. At this time, DCR will make suggestions to the client. We will discuss the differences between a raised patio and a flat one, and give you the option of choosing a seating wall to be built around the entire patio. We also discuss standard walkways, lazy S walkways and circle kits.

DCR will first create a black and white copy of the property. Each client is then urged to visit our showroom to discuss any changes that need to take place. The final drawing is presented in color with a detailed list of plants that are labeled on the plan. All brickwork, bluestone, drainage, lighting, etc, is listed separately on a detailed form for review.
