Douglas C. Rodden began operation for DCR
Landscaping and Construction, Inc. in 1989. For over eighteen
years, he has had experience with both the residential and commercial sector
of the landscape and construction business. Doug's attention to detail
became very well known within the design/build area and he decided to focus
primarily on the residential consumer. His imaginative eye and dedicated
staff is distinct and appreciated by every one of our clients. Allow

Angelina Chillemi, Vice President

responsibility to light the way and take care of them…....before the

Angelina Chillemi is a graduate of Montclair State
University with a degree in International Business and Marketing.
Her primary focus is dedicated to customer satisfaction. From beginning to
end, Angelina will guide the client in the right direction with all
questions answered in a timely manner. Angelina will visit with the client
to go over color sample selection of pavers, if the client is unable to
visit the showroom. She works to make each client feel comfortable and at
ease during the entire process.
Dawn Haskell, Office Manager
Dawn Haskell has been part of the DCR team for over five years. She joined DCR with over 15 years experience in the Customer Service Field. She is responsible for all of the accounts payables and receivables for the company. In addition, Dawn works closely with every lawn maintenance client to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the services that they are receiving. Dawn’s ability to implement new office procedures is an asset to the day to day operation at DCR.
Ashley Strada, Administrative Assistant
Ashley joins the DCR team with over five years experience in the office and administrative field. She is a graduate of Kean University with a degree in Business Management. Ashley is extremely multi-tasked and has an exceptional ability to interact with all of our clients. It is evident that Ashley can easily handle the fast paced environment that she is in and we appreciate her immensely.
Henry Villanueva, General Construction Manager
With over twenty-five years experience in the construction field, the DCR team is pleased to have Henry Villanueva join our company. As general manger his first priority is to direct and lead workers in the right path. He is an individual who is familiar with responsibilities associated with operation and supervision of excavating. Henry is able to examine and inspect work progress and all equipment on work sites to increase safety and ensure that specifications are met. He is also extremely skilled in troubleshooting and problem resolution. We are fortunate to have him as part of the DCR team.
Ken McCallen, Field Operations Manager
Ken McCallen joins the DCR team with over twenty-five years experience in the landscape design and construction field. He is a graduate from Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Ornamental Horticultural. Ken or “KC” works closely with the entire landscape design crew to ensure that projects are running smoothly and in a timely manner. Ken is willing and able to answer any questions while working on site. In addition, he is able to bid and design projects to scale. He has been an important asset to the DCR team since 2003.
Brian Haskell, Production Manager
Brian Haskell joins the DCR team with over fifteen years experience in the landscape and construction field. His knowledge of the industry is tremendous. He ensures timely project workflow by managing material distribution for the entire DCR team. Brian’s contribution is evident in every project that he is associated with. In addition to the aforementioned, Brian plays a key role in the sale of paving and masonry projects. Our clients always comment on what a pleasure Brian is to deal with. Brian has played a significant role in the success of the DCR team for over seven years.
Nery Chacon, Landscape Design Supervisor
Nery Chacon joins the DCR team with over ten years experience in the Landscape Design and Installation sector. As head supervisor his responsibilities include managing the landscape crew and ensuring that the job is running smoothly and effectively. His knowledge of plant material and placement of the material is beneficial on every job that is installed. DCR is thrilled to have Nery as part of our team.
Ruben Herrera, Paving Supervisor
Ruben Herrera joins the DCR team with over twelve years experience in the Paving and Masonry field. As the foreman of the crew he controls all of the measurements that are related to the task at hand. In addition to this, he ensures that the heights created for the jobs are proper and does so by measuring and reading blueprints. Ruben directs his crew and guarantees excellent workmanship on every single job that he performs.
Rodrigo Roldan, Construction Supervisor
Rodrigo Roldan has been a part of the DCR team for over ten years. His talent with the installation of interlocking brick products is unprecedented in the landscape industry. His love to create and install raised patios, walls and walkways to name a few, is evident once a client views the end result. Rodrigo also supervises a four man crew and is immediate to solve any issues at hand while working on a job site. DCR is thrilled to have Rodrigo as part of the team.
Robert Mellinger, Head Mechanic
Robert Mellinger joins DCR with over eighteen years in the Automotive Field. He is a graduate of Lincoln Technical School. Rob maintains over fifty pieces of equipment that includes; trailers, loaders, skid steers, bobcats, rollers and small tools. In addition to maintaining this equipment at our central shop, he is also in charge of handling all of vehicles that are driven by the staff at DCR. These include F150, F250, F350, F450, F650, Dump Trucks, Internationals and Tandems to name a few. Rob has been dedicated to the DCR team for over five years and we are happy to have an individual work for the company who is a reliable and honest individual since 2003.
