Every project that is designed and installed by DCR Landscaping & Construction Inc. is customized to the client's needs and desires.
We will begin this very important first step by meeting with you at your property and determining the scope of work at hand. After viewing our beautiful portfolio, which consists of diverse assortments of completed properties, it becomes easier for you to determine your likes and dislikes.
DCR will then discuss our design fees and you will
determine a budget for the property.
Once there is a feeling of comfort and ease, you may elect DCR
to begin the process of designing your exterior to become your own
customized haven. We will revisit the property and request a copy of
your survey. DCR will then explain what we have
envisioned for your property. We will walk the property and give you
choices on different layouts that may be suitable for the environment.
DCR will first create a black and white copy of the property. Each client is then urged to visit our showroom to discuss any changes that need to take place. The final drawing is presented in color with a detailed list of plants that are labeled on the plan. All brickwork, bluestone, drainage, lighting, etc, is listed separately on a detailed form for review.
